How does this picnic thing work?We set up your picnic of choice and have it ready upon arrival. We return to pack and clean everything up for you, and we make sure that you had a wonderful experience.

Can we leave whenever we want?If you would like to leave earlier than the arranged time, please provide us a 30 min notice via phone call or text. You are responsible for the picnic items until we are able to return and pack up.

How do I book my picnic?You could send us an Instagram DM (Direct Message) or text to schedule your picnic. You may also book your picnic through our website. Or visit: https://calendly.com/instapicnic/

What if it rains?If bad weather is expected, do not panic! We can deliver the picnic to an indoor location or reschedule your booking.

Can you set up a picnic anywhere?We provide a list of all parks available, we also deliver the picnic to be setup at home (the items must remain at the home where they were delivered).

When should I book my reservation?All reservations should be made 72 hours prior your desired date.

What’s your cancellation policy?We don't offer refunds, but we can change your reservation time without penalty up to 72 hours before your picnic. Read all in our Terms & Conditions link on our menu.

Dietary restrictions?We know that many of you have special dietary requirements. Just contact us regarding your order and we will do our very best to accommodate.

Where do we set up?We have multiple public parks that we recommend in the Orlando area or we can set up in your backyard!
